Audi 80 Avant RS2 Tuning Conversion to the Brembo GT 355x34 Brake disc with the original RS2 Brake caliper ( 084088 )
The customer's request / problem:
Our customer Marek would like to install the following brake system with these components
Brembo GT 355x34 two-piece brake disc
on the front axle of his Audi 80 Avant RS2
- Brembo GT 355x34 two-piece brake disc
- Audi RS2 Brake caliper part no: 8A0 615 106 k
- Position: Front axle
Our realisation/ solution:
- Marek sent us a technical drawing. DWe can transfer the technical drawing directly into our CAD programme and use it to print a 3D model.

3-D Prototyping
The final 3D prototype is sent to Marek in advance so that we can test whether everything fits perfectly and whether the two-piece Brembo GT 355x34 brake disc can be installed with the Audi RS2 brake caliper. Marek also told us that 1-2 small changes have to be made to the tuning adapter so that everything fits 100%.
We always work with a 3D model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.
Production
After Marek's approval, we now mill the brake tuning adapter for the Audi Avant 80 RS2 to a precise fit.
It is then taken to the surface refiner.
Installation and Test
The brake tuning adapter arrived back from the surface refiner and was sent directly to Marek. He installed everything and sent us great installation pictures of his new brake tuning adapter on the Audi RS2 Avant 80 - thanks a lot !
