Our customer Kevin would like to install the following brake system from the VW Golf 6 GTI with these components on his rear axle of his Audi 100 C1 Coupé:

Brake disc: 282x12mm from Golf 6 OE part no.: 1K0615601AD
Brake caliper: VW Golf 6 GTI part no.: 1K0 615 424 F
Brake caliper carrier: VW Golf 6 GTI part no.: 1K0 615 425 D

Our realisation / solution:

Our customer Kevin sent us the rear axle of his 1974 Audi 100 C1 Coupé together with his desired components to be measured.

Brake disc: 282x12mm from Golf 6 OE part no.: 1K0615601AD
Brake caliper: VW Golf 6 GTI part no.: 1K0 615 424 F
Brake caliper carier: VW Gol 6 GTI part no.: 1K0 615 425 D

After thorough testing, we were able to inform Kevin that it is possible to install the VW Golf 6 GTI brake system in combination with the 282x12 mm brake disc on the Audi 100 C1 Coupé.

You will receive a matching material certificate for every custom-made product.

3-D Prototyping

The final prototype is tested in our workshop to make sure that everything fits perfectly and that there are no defects.

In addition, we sent everything to Kevin so that he could also test the components directly on his axle in the car.

We always work with a 3D model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken at the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.

Production

After Kevin's approval, we now mill the brake tuning adapter for the Audi 100 C1 Coupé to a precise fit. It is then taken to the surface refiner.

Installation and Test

The brake tuning adapter has now arrived from our surface refiner and we were able to test fit everything and deliver a great brake system to our customer.
