The customer's request / problem:
Our customer Alexander would like the tailgate logo on his VW Polo 6R to fit correctly again after he has installed the tailgate opener from the VW Golf 7 with reversing camera.

Our conversion / solution:
Alexander provided us with a wood sample. Using this, we were able to take the appropriate measurements and create a technical drawing for the tuning adapter on the VW Polo 6R.
3-D Prototyping
The final prototype is sent to Alex in advance so that we can test whether everything fits perfectly and whether the tailgate logo of the VW Polo 6R fits correctly again. Alex also told us that 1-2 small changes have to be made to the tuning adapter so that everything fits 100%.
We always work with a 3D model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits
Production
After Alexander's approval, we now mill the tailgate tuning adapter for the VW Polo 6R to a precise fit. It is then taken to the surface refiner.
