Eccentric Uniball suspension bearings for front upper strut mounts made of aluminium.
Suitable for the following vehicles:
- Golf MK1
- Jetta 1
- Scirocco 1 und 2
- Caddy 14d
Our suspension bearings are made of high-strength aluminum (AlZnMgCu 1,5), which is also used in aircraft construction and aerospace.
Advantages:
- Possible camber and caster angle adjustement. Important for low-profile vehicles so that the tires are not worn only on one side.
- more flexible and direct driving of your vehicle
- easy assembly: simply replaces the original bearings
Not suitable for original suspensions! Only suitable with coilover struts (smaller diameter of struts).
Delivery:
- 2x eccentric Uniball suspension bearings for front upper strut mounts made of aluminium

- How do I adjust the uniball mounts with the three holes?
The uniball top mounts with the three holes can be roughly adjusted to the desired camber range via these holes. Important: There is no fixed "degree per hole" value because the actual camber achieved always depends on factors such as vehicle height, strut length, axle construction, and the overall axle geometry.
What do the three holes represent?
You can think of the holes as steps:
Inner hole (closer to the vehicle center):
→ Camber close to stock, usually around 0° to approx. 0.5°Middle hole:
→ Moderate camber, usually around 0.8° to approx. 1.2°Outer hole (further outwards):
→ More camber, usually around 1.5° to approx. 2.0°
(These values are guideline ranges – they may vary slightly depending on the setup.)
Influence of the rotation of the top plate
Additionally, you can slightly influence the caster by the rotation position of the top plate. It’s not a huge change, but it can be noticeable depending on the orientation.
Our practical recommendation
Start with the middle hole – this works very well as a base for most setups.
Then have an axle alignment performed.
If you want more or less camber, then switch to the inner (less) or outer (more) hole and have it measured cleanly again.
This way, you have a safe basic setting and in the end, you get values that really match your vehicle and suspension height.
