Our baffle plate EPYTEC made of 1.5mm thick steeli s laser precision cut and fits perfectly into all 1.6L-2.0L G60 16V and 16Turbo oil pans.
The plates are absolutely necessary if you like fast driving in the curves without your engine being damaged. By welding these plates into your pan / sump, you will prevent the oil from foaming / swelling. And youcan prevent that air enters in the circuit.
Another advantage is the additional stability of the oil pan. This can give just the necessary safety when the oil pan is sometimes unstable.
