Installation instruction article 300 Audi 90 Quattro Bosch fuel injector adapter 20V 7A Tuning engine

Here you can find out how to proceed step by step to convert to the Bosch fuel injectors from the Audi 20V 7A engine from the Audi 90.

1. First disconnect the spark plug connectors and the injector connectors.
2. then remove the screw connection of the fuel rail and pull it out carefully.
3. now you have the injection rail in front of you.
4. Next, place the supplied O-rings on the Epytec adapters (always two per adapter).
5. Now place the adapters on the red side of the valves. Make sure that the adapters are placed on the valves so that the O-rings of the adapters are on top.
6. Now you can reassemble everything in reverse sequence.

!!Important!!

Make sure that the valves are seated correctly in the intake manifold and that the O-rings are not damaged. If the whole thing does not seal properly because the adapters are not centred in the valves, you can simply use a washer at the screw connection points to ensure that everything seals properly.
7.The series resistor (to the right of the wiper motor) is no longer needed and must be removed, then connect all the cable lines together and you're done.
