Cover / closure plate made of aluminium to lock the original crankcase ventilation system. Suitable for all VW models with PL KR 1,8l 16V engines. For example Golf, Corrado, etc.
Ideal for conversion to a dry sump engine. With this plate, the ventilation is completely locked.
Our locking cap is made in such a way that the original sealing gasket for the crankcase hole can be used again!
The plate is clogged with mastic and fixed firmly with the supplied screws.
Other advantages:
- thanks to the plate thickness of 8mm , it is possible to drill a hole with thread for a connection
- the original rubber gasket can be used
- inclusive connection M22x1,5 for oil catch tank
Delivery:
- 1x plate + 1x cap to cover completely the ventilation system, for all VW models with PL KR 1,8l 16V engines
- 1x complete set of mounting screws

Passgenauigkeit ist in Ordnung , jedoch könnte die Endbearbeitung etwas besser sein. Es wäre auch wünschenswert den O-Ring für den Stopfen im Lieferumfang zu haben. Bin aber allgemein zufrieden.

Ich habe Artikel zurück gegeben, da er nicht für den beschriebenen Motortyp 9A passt. Der Verschlussdeckel war zu klein, und wäre in den Motorblock gefallen. Auch die Geometrie der Abdeckplatte weicht der von der originalen Motorentlüftung ab. Und noch ein Punkt der sich nicht auf die Funktion auswirkt, aber auf die Optik/Oberfläche, das Produkt ist Wasserstrahl geschnitten wodurch die Schnittflächen eine sehr raue Oberfläche aufweisen,absolut kein Vergleich zu den sonst bekannten Dreh. bzw. Fäseteilen. Bitte ruhig etwas teurer machen, dafür aber gefräste Oberflächen.

Soweit alles Gut schnelle Lieferung 👍 Zur Frage was man besser machen kann Hmm 🙈? Bei dem Preis solten wenigstens die Kanten und Bohrungen sauber sein und nicht wie frisch ausem Waterjet cutter schaut aus wie wen ich es Selbst mit ner Stichsäge ausgeschnitten hette 🤐 Sonst alles super komme gern bei meinen Projekten auf Euch zu wen ich spezielle Lösung benötige Tip Top Beratung 👍🙋♂️

Die Schrauben sind um 3mm zu kurz , die Prüf Nummer ist auf der innen Seite eingestanzt die zu Motor zeigt und wäre nicht schlecht wenn die Dichtungen dabei wären für diesen Preis . Bin aber trotzdem gut zufrieden 👍

Hätte mir gewünscht das der O-Ring und die Dichtung dabei ist , würde dafür auch natürlich mehr zahlen. Super passgenau und Qualität.
