Brake caliper adapter, VW T3 Bus to convert to front 4-piston Porsche Boxter brake caliper, combined with the 312x28mm Mercedes brake disc. Our adapter kit works with or without ABS.
Furthermore, the price-performance ratio of the Porsche calipers, as well as the Mercedes discs (the pair allready from 130 € from Zimmerman) is right.
Required components:
- special wheel hubs, front axle (EPYTEC item number 341). A complete kit is available in our shop, item number 276
- rims: at least 16 inch
- brake caliper: Porsche Boxter , reference 996.351.426 + 996.351.425 (only 100% suitable for the mentioned Porsche calipers)
- brake disc: Mercedes S-Klasse 312x28 , reference 220 421 09 12
- rims: at least 16 inch
Advantages of this brake system:
- high deceleration, also in conjunction with our rear axle braking system
- thanks to the material certificate supplied with the order, it is possible to register your purchase even for series vehicles
- directly fit to the above-mentioned models and therefore can always be restored to the original state without any problems
- Our EPYTEC brake caliper adapters do not require any sending of your serial parts, no welding, milling or drilling

Tips, information and hints:
- For a better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plates.
- We can generally not answer, which rim size you can mount after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims.
- In rare cases it is possible that the rims touch minimal the brake caliper, then you can simply use spacers.

Because, depending on the vehicle, the lines may be too short or the line tips may not suitable. We advise you to change to steel braided brake line because of the quality and technical advantage. Ich gebe 5 Sterne. Ich komme aus Dänemark und verwende Google Translate, da mein Deutsch nicht sehr gut ist. Ich habe die falschen Teile für mein Auto vorne und hinten bestellt, war selbst schuld und habe glücklicherweise an epytec geschrieben, weil mir die Dokumentation (Tüv) fehlte und dann wurde mir klar, dass es sich um einen T3 ohne Syncro handelte, den ich bestellt hatte. Also bot mir epytec an, dass ich es zurückschicken könnte und dann mein Geld zurückbekomme, ich habe nun das Geld erhalten und kann dann das Richtige bestellen. Ich kann epytec auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Herzliche Grüße, Martin

If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc.
