Brake caliper adapter to convert the rear axle of all Audi 100 S4 C4 etc. to the brake discs of the Audi A6 C6 330x22mm in conjunction with the original brake caliper.

Adapters are suitable for the following Audi models (all-wheel drive):

  • Audi 100 S4 C4
  • Audi S6 C4
  • Audi A6 C4

Advantages of this brake system:

  • Top deceleration values, no comparison with conventional rear brake discs
  • Significantly improved fading due to internally ventilated discs
  • A must for performance upgrades
  • The material certificate included in the scope of delivery enables registration by individual approval, even for standard vehicles.

Required components:

  • original brake caliper Audi S4 C4 for 22mm brake disc, part number: 447615423
  • original brake caliper carrier Audi S4 C4, part number: 4D0 615 405 M
  • Rear brake disc 330x22 from Audi A6 C6 part number: 4F0 615 601F / 4F0 615 601D

Tips, information and advice:

  • To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.
  • For easy mounting of the rim, we recommend purchasing two of our wheel mounting aids at the same time >>go directly to the article here<<
  • We cannot give you a generalised answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different wheel rims. For this reason, we have developed a template with which you can easily check whether the brake system kit fits under your rim. We have included a link to the template in the description.   • Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit, depending on the model. Due to the significantly better efficiency, we recommend switching to steel braided lines.   • The handbrake cable must always be used from the installed calliper, which means that the new handbrake cable may have to be adjusted slightly. For conversions in which the original calliper is still used and the original handbrake cable can be used, you may have to route it more directly to compensate for the larger disc diameter and longer travel

  • Can I also use other brake discs as specified in the required components?
  • No, unfortunately that is not possible. The reason is simply: all brake calipers have different heights and depths. If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc. But if you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you.
