Brake caliper adapter on front axle from BMW E30 for conversion to the large brake system from BMW E34 540i, combined with Audi S3 brake discs 312 x 25mm.
Required components:
- brake calipers: BMW E34 540i with support / bracket and brake pads
- brake discs: Audi S3 (8L) / Golf 4 GTI 312x25mm reference 8N0 615 301 A
- brake disc PCD habe to be modified to 4x100 (service available from EPYTEC
Advantages of this brake system:

- thanks to the material certificate supplied with the order, it is possible to register your purchase even for series vehicles
- directly fit to the above-mentioned models and therefore can always be restored to the original state without any problems

Rims: at least 17 inch.
Tips, information and hints:
- For a better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plates.
- We can generally not answer, which rim size you can mount after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims.
- In rare cases it is possible that the rims touch minimal the brake caliper, then you can simply use spacers.

Because, depending on the vehicle, the lines may be too short or the line tips may not suitable. We advise you to change to steel braided brake line because of the quality and technical advantage. Das wichtigste, die Adapter passen! Zwei Punkte zur Verbesserung: - Gewinde im Adapter zur Befestigung am Radträger, statt der Schraube/Mutter Befestigung. Nur mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben wären die Adapter nicht verbaubar. Es fehlen die Muttern... - Gravur auf der Fzg Innenseite, so dass diese nach Verbau noch lesbar ist. Ich war noch nicht beim TÜV, aber ich nehme an, man wird das lesen wollen. Sonst ist doch kein Vergleich mit dem Material Gutachten möglich.

Der Adapter passt soweit gut, jedoch könnte man vermeiden, dass man am Achsschenkel flexen muss. Der Adapter sieht hochwertig aus. Man könnte die Beschriftung auf die andere Seite machen sodass man sie im eingebauten Zustand lesen kann. Man könn

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The reason is simply: all brake calipers have different heights and depths. If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc. But if you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you.
