Brake caliper adapter, rear axle, for BMW E30 models to install the large rear axle caliper E34, combined with the disc of BMW E46 328i, 294x19 mm.
The rims must have at least 16 inch.
Required components:
- bracke dics rear BMW E46 328i with 294x19 mm , reference: 34 21 1 165 563
- brake caliper reart BMW E34 540i ; E32 740i, 750i ; E36 M3 3,0 u. 3,2L
- reference: 34 21 1 160 399
- reference: 34 21 1 160 400
The following modification is required:
- conversion to PCD 5x120 with BMW Z4 wheel hub

Tips, information and hints:
- For a better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plates.
- We can not answer generally, which rim size you can mount after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims.
- In rare cases it is possible that the rims touch minimal the brake caliper, then you can simply use spacers.
>> Now directly to spacers << - Install the adapter with the necessary components and then check if new brake lines are required. Because, depending on the vehicle, the lines may be too short or the line tips may not suitable. We advise you to change to steel braided brake line because of the quality and technical advantage. Specifically for this, we have developed an online brake line configurator, where you can assemble the type of steel braided brake lines you want.
Click here to go to the >> configure steel braided brake lines << - Always use the hand brake cable of the installed brake caliper. So sometimes you have to modify / adapt the new handbrake cable. For conversions, where the original caliper is used and the handbrake cable can be used, you may need to pull the cable without any other fittings (ie directly) to compensate for the long distance due to the large diameter of the large brake discs.

Ich finde das super was ihr macht..... weiter so! Verarbeitung ist super ich würde es jedem empfehlen und motivieren einen Umbau mir euren Produkten zu wagen. Die Schrauben für meine Adapter sind schwarz/ nicht gegen rost geschützt. Oder wäre eine zink Beschichtung nicht zugelassen? Eine verlängerte Senkschraube für die Bremsscheibe wäre eine gute Verbesserung. Gruß Andreas

Wäre schön , wenn eine bebilderte Einbauanleitung mit dabei wäre und auch Hinweise darauf , was an den originalen bmw Bremsenteile noch geändert bzw abgeschliffen werden muss ! Sonst sind die Adapter von sehr guter Qualität.

If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc.
