3-D Prototyping
The finished prototype is tested in our workshop to ensure that everything fits precisely and no defects are present.
We always work with a 3D model in advance, as it can often happen that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be considered in advance on the tuning adapter. Through the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.

Manufacturing
After approval from Tim we will mill the brake tuning adapter for the BMW E39 5 Series now with precision. Afterwards, it will be transported to the surface finisher.

The Brake Tuning Adapter has now arrived from the surface finisher and we were able to pre-assemble everything and deliver an awesome braking system to our customer
