Brake caliper adapter for original brake calipers in connection with the large 330 x22 brake disc from the S6 4f
suitable for all VW/Audi with rear axle brake discs in size 269x22 e.g.:
- Audi 100 S4 C4
- Audi 200 20V Turbo Quattro
- AUDI A6 TDI
- AUDI A6 4,2
- AUDI A6 Avant
- AUDI A6 Quattro
- AUDI S6 V8 Quattro
- AUDI S6 V8 Avant

- VW Passat 2,5 TDI 4-Motion
Can also be used in conjunction with all A6 4b and Passat models with small brake discs. There you have to get the ventilated brake calipers of the above models!
Required components:
- Brake calipers Girling 41/43 Teilenummer: 4B0615424
- Brake caliper brackets must also be from the calipers that were originally installed with the 269x22 disc
- Brake discs typ A6 4f 330x22 mm Nr.OE-VAG: 4F0 615 601 B
Advantages:

Tips, information and hints:
- For a better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plates.
- We can not answer generally, which rim size you can mount after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims.
- In rare cases it is possible that the rims touch minimal the brake caliper, then you can simply use spacers.
>> Now directly to spacers << - Install the adapter with the necessary components and then check if new brake lines are required. Because, depending on the vehicle, the lines may be too short or the line tips may not suitable. We advise you to change to steel braided brake line because of the quality and technical advantage. Specifically for this, we have developed an online brake line configurator, where you can assemble the type of steel braided brake lines you want.

For conversions, where the original caliper is used and the handbrake cable can be used, you may need to pull the cable without any other fittings (ie directly) to compensate for the long distance due to the large diameter of the large brake discs.

Hab die Bremse hinten noch nicht final verbaut, da ich davon ausgegangen bin, das der original S4 Bremssattel ( auch Girling 43 ) und der Bremssattelträger bestehen bleibt, was aber nicht der Fall ist. Deswegen muss ich erstmal die passenden Teile organisieren und da stellt sich wieder ein Problem da, und zwar die genaue Teilenr. vom Bremssattelträger, die vom Bremssattel wurde ja angegeben, es ist nur schwierig beides zusammen zu finden. Ansonsten ist die Qualität super und die Schrauben passen auch perfekt.

Passen nicht ganz zum Umbau auf Audi 200 20V. Man muss den Adapter oder die Bremse ein bisschen bearbeiten...

Ich habe einen Audi 100 s4 und habe umgebaut auf die 330 Scheiben hinten mit dem Adapter von hier. Mega cooler Support habe die schrauben gleich mit dazu bekommen für umsonst. Aber man muss einen anderen Halter verbauen wo es aber eigentlich mit dem orginalen gehen würde. Man müsste den Adapter nur etwas dicker gestalten. Und der tüv sagt dass die schnittkanten vom ausschneiden mit dem Laser ihm zu scharfkantig sind die müssen eine fase vorwrisen. Aber alles im allen machen sie was sie sollen.

If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc. But if you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you.
