The EBC Redstuff ceramic brake pads are the ideal compromise between a very high braking force and a good deceleration value (coefficient of friction 0.5), without unduly stressing the brake disc. Even with a cold brake a perfect braking performance is achieved. This is improving additonnaly with increasing temperature of the brake pads. The effective operating temperature can reach up to 750 ° C. The brake dust development is minimal and the resulting brake dust can easily be washed off with water from the rims.Furthermore, the Redstuff brake pad is characterized by very good heat resistance and minimal brake disc wear.
All Redstuff Ultimax brake pads have an ECE R90 approval, thereby registration-free. EBC products consist entirely of organic material, are completely asbestos-free, free of nickel, as well as other toxic materials.
