The customer's request / problem

Our customer Wilhelm would like to install the following brake system with these components on the front axle of his Honda Prelude BA4 16V yoc 1990:

2-piston caliper Honda Civic EE9 year 1990 (207784 Brembo 2-piston caliper (accessory) for a Honda Civic EE9 yoc 1990)
Brake disc Honda Civic EE9 year 1990 (Brembo 328mm identification number 911008 for a Honda Civic EE9 yoc1990)

Our conversion

3-D Prototyping

The finished prototype is sent to Wilhelm in advance so that it can be checked whether everything fits perfectly and the brake system of the Honda Civic EE9 (yoc 1990) fits perfectly.

Wilhelm told us after the test fitting that 1-2 small changes should be made so that everything fits perfectly. We implemented these directly and can now start with the production of the tuning adapters. This is exactly why we work with a 3D model. It often happens that certain dimensions or conditions are not taken into account in advance. This way we can be sure that everything fits.

Production

After the approval of Wilhelm we machine the tuning adapter for the Honda Prelude BA4 16V yoc 1990.
After completion of the tuning adapter we send it to our surface refiner, who galvanises it, so that the surface is protected against corrosion.

Installation and test

The Tuning Adapter has been returned to us by the surface refiner and was sent directly to Wilhelm.

He assembled everything and sent us great pictures of his new tuning adapter - thank you very much!
