Our realisation / solution:

Our customer sent us the following sample to install a VR5 engine on the VW Golf 2. Based on this sample we can create the drawing for the tuning adapter.

You will receive a matching material certificate for every custom-made product.

Measurement/drawing creation:

We measured the sample from our customer and created the drawing.

Production

After approval from the customer, we now mill the engine mounts for the Golf 2 to a precise fit. Afterwards it is transported to the surface refiner.

Installation and Test

The engine tuning adapter returned to us from the surface refiner and was sent directly to our customer.

He installed everything and sent us great installation pictures of his new engine tuning adapter - many thanks for that!
