The customer's request / problem:
Our customer Natahlie would like to install a different brake caliper and brake disc on her BMW R80 RT (yoc 1993) and needs a suitable brake caliper adapter.
She would like to install these components:
- Brake disc 320 from BMW R80/100 GS - Paralever
- Brembo brake caliper Brembo P4 30/34C part number: (20516579;20516589)
Our realisation / solution:
- Nathalie sent us the following wooden sample to install the Brembo P4 30/34C brake caliper part number: (20516579;20516589) and the 320 brake disc from the BMW R80/100 GS - Paralever on the BMW R80 RT (yoc 1993).
- Based on this wooden sample we can create the drawing for Nathalie's brake caliper adapter.
- You will receive a matching material certificate for each custom-made product.

We always work with a 3D model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken into account on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything
Production
After approval by Nathalie, we now mill the brake tuning adapter for the BMW R80 RT (1993) to a precise fit. The adapter is then taken to the surface refiner.
