Audi TTRS 8S (2018) brake tuning to the Audi S7/S8 brake system with the matching 330x22 brake discs
The customer request / problem:
Our customer Marcel would like to install the following brake system with these components on his Audi TTRS 8S rear axle:
- Brake system Audi S7/8 : 4h6 615 404B
- Brake disc Audi S7/8: 4ho 615 601 G / 4ho 615 602 C
- Brake carrier guide bolt: Audi S8: 4h6 615 425/ 4h6 615 426
Our realisation / solution:
- IIn our brake caliper configurator you will find out how to get your custom-made caliper step by step.
- Based on the entered dimensions, a prototype is created with our 3D printer. This saves Marcel the money for a CAD drawing.
3-D Prototyping
The final prototype is sent to Marcel in advance so that he can test whether everything fits perfectly and the brake system fits on the Audi TTRS 8S. Marcel also told us that 1-2 small changes have to be made to the tuning adapter so that everything fits 100%.
We always work with a 3D model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model we can be sure that everything fits.
Production
After Marcel's approval, we now mill the brake tuning adapter for the Audi TTRS 8S to a precise fit. Afterwards it is driven to the surface refiner.

The brake tuning adapter arrived back to us from the surface refiner and was sent directly to Marcel
