Our customer Marek would like to install the following brake system with these components on his Audi 80 Avant RS2 front axle.
- Brembo GT 355x34 two-piece brake disc
- Audi RS2 brake calipers part no.: 8A0 615 106 k
Our realisation / solution:
Solution through our brake caliper configurator
- In our brake caliper configurator you will find out how to get your custom-made caliper step by step.
- Based on the entered dimensions, a prototype is created with our 3D printer. This saves Marek the money for a CAD drawing.
- Our configurator always shows you the current price and delivery time for your brake caliper adapter.
You will receive a matching material certificate for every custom-made product via our configurator.
Production
After Marek's approval, we now mill the brake tuning adapter for the Audi 80 Avant RS2 to a precise fit. The adapter is then sent to the surface refiner.
Installation and Test
The brake tuning adapter returned to us from the surface refiner and was sent directly to Marek. He mounted everything and sent us great installation pictures of his new brake tuning adapter - many thanks for that!
