Here you can find out how to proceed step by step so that the electronic throttle cable can be used in the VW Golf 2, Passat or Corrado if you have installed an engine from the VW Golf 4, Audi A3 or TT..

We recommend doing the conversion to a hydraulic clutch right away, then you don't have to start dismantling the fairing etc. twice, which saves a lot of time.

First, the old accelerator pedal bracket must be removed so that the Golf 4 accelerator pedal with e-gas cable can be installed with the Epytec tuning adapter

As soon as the old bracket is removed, the Epytec tuning accelerator pedal adapter can be installed in the original pedal box of the VW Golf 2.

If the Epytec tuning accelerator pedal holder is firmly installed, the new accelerator pedal from the Golf 4 can be installed in the VW Golf 2.

The complete paneling can then be reassembled and installed.
