Oil windage tray/Separator plate in aluminum for oil pan.For installation on VW Polo G40, NZ, 3F or Audi 50NZ, 3F GL HZ HB HK MH HH
The oil scraper bulkhead is installed between the oil pan and the engine block.
During extreme cornering, the bulkhead prevents air from being sucked in instead of oil, which would result in bearing damage. The baffle plate also prevents the oil from foaming!
Absolutely necessary for slalom / circuit and for everyone who likes fast corners.
The engine code is PY.
Plate fits numerous 0.9 - 1.3l models from VW
e.g. VW POLO Golf 2 Jetta 2 Golf 3 etc.
No autorisation required for installation of this piece.

- How do I best seal the aluminum bulkhead oil baffle?
It's best to seal the bulkhead plate oil scraper from below and above with gaskets and additionally use sealing paste.
