Brake caliper adapters for Corrado Golf MK2 MK3 Passat 35i VR6 ti install the TTRS brake calipers, combined with the original R32 brake discs from Golf MK4 R32 (334x32 mm with 5x100 PCD)
Suitable for the following vehicles with VR6 engine and VR6 axle:
- Golf VR6
- Corrado VR6
- Passat 35i VR6
Advantages of this brake system:
- high deceleration, also in conjunction with our rear axle braking system
- thanks to the material certificate supplied with the order, it is possible to register your purchase even for series vehicles
- directly fit to the above-mentioned models and therefore can always be restored to the original state without any problems
- Our EPYTEC brake caliper adapters do not require any sending of your serial parts, no welding, milling or drilling
Minimum rim size:
- from 17 inch. Depending on the type and shape of the rims, the inside minimum diameter may vary.
Required components:
- brake caliper: original TTRS caliper , reference : left 8J0 615 107 + right 8J0 615 108
- brake pad: reference 8J0 698 151 E
- brake disc: Golf MK4 R32 334x32mm , reference : 1J0 615 301AA + 1J0 615 302 A
If you have made a conversion to VR6 axle stub , then conform to other vehicles.
Delivery:
- 2x brake caliper adapters (see picture)
- high strength mounting screws

Tips, information and hints:
- For a better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plates.
- We can generally not answer, which rim size you can mount after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims.
- In rare cases it is possible that the rims touch minimal the brake caliper, then you can simply use spacers.

Because, depending on the vehicle, the lines may be too short or the line tips may not suitable. We advise you to change to steel braided brake line because of the quality and technical advantage. Das Produkt ist einfach genau das was ich suchte!Es ist leicht zu verbauen und sehr passgenau mit TUV Gutachten. Der Kundenservice ist einfach spitze super nette Beratung.Das Paket war in Handumdrehen da es wurde bei der Paket Zusammenstellung sogar Fotografiert und mit per Mail geschickt das Verpackt und auf dem Weg zu mir sei. Die Mitgelieferten Montageschrauben sind sehr hochwertig ich würde jederzeit wieder im Laden bestellen und war sehr zufrieden.

Die Bewertung soll zur Verbesserungen anregen, aus diesem Grund gebe ich gerne meine Bewertung zu meiner Bestellung ab Das Produkt selber ist hochwertig gefertigt. Die Materialgutachten sollten als Ausdruck mit in die Lieferung gepackt werden. Das ist in meinen Augen kundenfreundlicher. Der Link hat bei mir nicht funktioniert, so muss ich mir das Materialgutachten nochmals anfordern. Ansonst bin ich mit dem Produkt voll zufrieden und würde es jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Bin wieder mal absolut begeistert. Top Verarbeitung zum super Preis. Das einzige was bei mir war, das die langen Schrauben nicht durch den Sättel gepasst haben, das lag daran, das die mitgelieferte Schraube kein Vollgewinde hat und direkt nach Ende vom Gewinde ist die Schraube minimal dicker und hat so nicht durch Sattel gepasst. Ich habe einfach die Originale Schraube verbaut da die Vollgewinde hat und von der Länge gleich war wie die wo mitgeliefert wurde. Das ist für mich aber kein Grund einen Stern abzuziehen und würde jedem empfehlen die Adapter bei Epytec zu kaufen. Mein hinterachsen-bremsenumbau steht auch noch an und werde hierfür auch wieder alles bei Epytec bestellen. Macht weiter so . 1 mit *.

Einbau spielend einfach, passgenauigkeit der Adapter 1*. Genau wie ich es mit Epytec gewohnt bin. Nur die langen mitgelieferten Schrauben passten nicht durch den RS3/TTRS Bremssattel. Die Originalen schrauben sind voll Gewinde und die mitgelieferten sind nur Teilgewinde, somit ist die Schraube nach dem Gewinde minimal dicker. Ich habe die Schrauben nun verbaut die Original im Sattel drinn sind. Aber trotz mit den Schrauben, bin ich vollstens zufrieden und greife jederzeit wieder auf die Epytec adapter.

If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc. But if you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you.
