Brake caliper adapter for Golf 5 6 Audi A3 8P , front axle, Audi A3 8P to install the 4 piston brake caliper of Audi TTRS, combined with the 350x32 brake disc of Mercedes.
Thanks to our adapter, the Audi TTRS caliper is simply screwed to the original axle instead of the original caliper.
Suitable for the following vehicles:

VW Golf 5 / 6
- Touran
- Caddy 3
- Audi A3 8P
- Audi S1
They are suitable for vehicles having an axle stub made of steel and not of aluminum.
Advantages of this brake system:
- top deceleration, without comparison with conventional brake discs

- can easily be restored to the original state
Required components:
- original TTRS brake calipers. Reference left : 8J0 615 107. reference right : 8J0 615 108
- brake pads, reference : 8J0 698 151 E
- brake discs Mercedes 350x32, reference : 164 421 0512 (MERCEDES-BENZ), 164 421 1412 (MERCEDES-BENZ)

Tips, information and hints:
- For a better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plates.
- We can generally not answer, which rim size you can mount after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims.
- In rare cases it is possible that the rims touch minimal the brake caliper, then you can simply use spacers.

Because, depending on the vehicle, the lines may be too short or the line tips may not suitable. We advise you to change to steel braided brake line because of the quality and technical advantage. Sehr gute Qualität, perfekte Gewindegänge ohne Grad etc. Passgenauigkeit 100%. Support ist einzigartig, sehr persönlich und bieten einen wirklich Hilfe an wenn der Tüver zwecks Eintragung mal die Tage hat Als Verbesserung würde ich eigentlich nur die Flächenpressung der Kopfschrauben was breiter gestalten von den 12,9 er Schrauben. Rundum zufrieden, Epytec weiter so!!! Gruß aus Leverkusen

Fahre die Adapter auf meinem TTS mit TTRS Bremsanlage Positives: -Passgenauigkeit Top! -Mercedes Scheiben sind deutlich günstiger ( selbst Tarox oder ähnliches da ich viel Rennstrecke fahre) -keinerlei Flattern im Lenkrad wie mit der Serien RS Scheibe. -lohnt sich finanziell bereits nach dem ersten mal Scheibenwechsel Neutral:: -Adapter sind sehr massiv, deutlich schwerer als Serienhalter des RS Sattels.( ein Epytec Halter wiegt mehr als beide originalen) Einerseits vertrauen erweckend, Performance mäßig leider suboptimal (ungefederte Massen) Negativ: -die mitgelieferten Schrauben könnten einen Bund vertragen, sie haben einen sehr kleinen Schraubenkopf und liegen daher nicht perfekt im Sitz des Sattels und des Halters der am Achsschenkel verschraubt wird. Die Gewinde passen perfekt und der Sattel kann beim Einbau auch kein bisschen verrutschen da wie oben beschrieben die Passgenauigkeit echt top ist, versteht mich nicht falsch aber das wäre noch echt Top wenn der schraubenkopf so groß wäre wie die Auflagefläche die für die Schraube gedacht ist.

Fahre ein Seat Leon Cupra 290 mit der kleinen Bremse und habe mich entschlossen die Performance Bremse zu fahren aber nicht die Kompi 370x32. Da ich ab und an Hockenheimring,Nordschleife und Grand Prix Strecke fahre habe ich mich umgehört welche Kombi mit der Brembo 4 Kolben funktionieren würde und immer wieder gehört habe das die Kompi mit den Sattelhalter von epytec und als Scheibe eine 350x32 in Verbindung mit Endless me20 funktionieren würde entschloss ich mich dazu. Die Sattelhalter werden zwar nur für Golf 5 und 6 usw. angeboten, aber passen auch ohne Änderungen an den Seat Leon Cupra. Kann die Kombi mit den epytec Sattelhalter nur empfehlen da man sehr viel Geld sparen kann und eine standhafte Bremse bekommt.

If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc.
