Brake caliper adapter, front axle, on model T3 bus/transporter for conversion to auf internally ventred 347x30mm brake discs, combined with the Audi A6 brake calipers. Wheel hubs are supplied with this brake conversion, which retain the standard VW bolt circle /pitch circle (5x112) and are dimensionally identical. This means that the wheel bearings can continue to be used and the track is only 6 mm wider on each side.

The wheel hubs supplied retain the standard VW bolt circle/pitch circle and are identical to the original dimensions. This means that the wheel bearings can continue to be used and the track is only 6 mm wider on each side.
Required components:
- brake disc: Audi A6 347 x 30 mm, reference 4F0615301G
- brake caliper mit mounting bracket: ATE 981 + 982 from Audi A6 4F for 347mm disc, manufacture reference 8E0615124B
- wheel hubs to center around the brake disc are also available in our shop
- only fitting with the 14 inch axle of the T3 (to determine at the caliper mounting screw, this must have 16mm thread)

Tipps, Infos und Hinweise:
- Zur besseren Belüftung der Bremsanlage empfehlen wir die Ankerbleche/Bremsstaubbleche zu entfernen.
- Welche Felgengröße du nach deinem Bremsenumbau fahren kannst, können wir pauschal nicht beantworten. Es gibt einfach zu viele unterschiedliche Felgen. Es kann in seltenen Fällen vorkommen, dass die Felgen am Bremssattel minimal anliegt, dann können einfach Spurverbreiterungen verwendet werden.

Weil nicht alles 100% gepasst hatte. Die Adapter passten nicht auf den Achsschenkel, ich musste den Achsschenkel leicht anpassen damit der Adapter plan aufliegt. Dann waren die kurzen befestigungsschrauben für den Adapter auch noch zu lang !!! Musste sie ca.3mm kürzen da sonst der Bremssattel auf die Schraube gedrückt hätte. Bei der Radnabe ist die Bohrung für die befestigungsschraube der Bremsscheibe nicht mittig so das keine Schraube eingesetzt werden kann. Und leider gibt es keine Zentrierringe für meine Felgen auf die Radnabe 76,9 auf 60,1. Mit diesen Anpassungen ist die Bremsanlage nun verbaut und bin damit aber trotzdem zufrieden und es kann sich sehen lassen. Bilder von der Verbauten Anlage kann ich gerne zusenden. Mfg Heiko Reinisch

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The reason is simply: all brake calipers have different heights and depths. If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc. But if you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you.
