Torsion-sprung clutch disc with sintered clutch lining from SACHS Performance
SACHS Racing torsion-sprung clutch discs dampen engine vibrations and protect your vehicle's transmission thanks to their reinforced damper structure.
Sintered discs offer a higher thermal load capacity and a higher transmittable torque than discs with an organic lining. This allows the clutch to engage more quickly and significantly higher torques can be transmitted. The discs are also particularly resistant to dirt and oil.

The Sachs clutch is the ideal complement to our lightened flywheels

Combined with the SACHS Performance pressure plate, the result is an ideal solution for motorsport and sporting use. 


Advantages of the torsion-sprung clutch disc with sinter pad clutch lining

  • The torsional damping achieves a higher stop torque
  • Exactly the same design as the standard disc, making it easy to replace the clutch
  • Significantly higher transmissible torque than organic friction lining
  • Better thermal load capacity compared to organic friction lining
  • Higher speeds possible
  • More aggressive starting behaviour
  • Very resistant to dirt
