Brake caliper adapter on front axle of BMW E36 M3 for conversion to brake caliper from Porsche 996, combied with the 345x28mm E46 M3 brake dics.
Thanks to our adapters, the Porsche calipers are easily installed on the original axle support in place of the original calipers.
Advantages of this brake system:

- brake caliper: Porsche 996 (rear axle) reference 996.352.425 + 996.352.426
- brake disc: BMW E46 M3 (front axle) 345x28mm

Notes/tips:
For a better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plate.
For brake conversion on the rear axle, we recommend that you generally proceed as follows:- install the adapter with the necessary components and then check if new brake lines are required. Because, depending on the vehicle, the lines may be too short or the line tips may not suitable. We advise you to change to steel braided brake line because of the quality and technical advantage. - always use the hand brake cable of the installed brake caliper. So sometimes you have to modify / adapt the new handbrake cable. For conversions, where the original caliper is used and the handbrake cable can be used, you may need to pull the cable without any other fittings (ie directly) to compensate for the long distance due to the large diameter of the large brake discs.
Tips, information and hints:
- For a better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plates.
- We can generally not answer, which rim size you can mount after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims.
- In rare cases it is possible that the rims touch minimal the brake caliper, then you can simply use spacers.

Alles war Super. Die Teile passen wie sie sollen und waren von guter Qualität. Die Nachverfolgung bei der Post war wie immer eine der besten und die Versandzeit war auch akzeptabel.

If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc. But if you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you.
