Saab 9-3 tuning conversion to brake caliper adapter to use the Volvo S60R brake calipers in combination with the 330x26mm brake discs from the Alfa Romeo 159 (132626)

Our customer Matthias would like to install the following brake system with these components on his Saab 9-3 yoc 2000 front axle
- brake disc 330x26 mm from Alfa Romeo 159 part no.: 51731346
- brake caliper from Volvo S60R part no.: 51432682
Our realisation / solution:

We measured everything ,made the CAD drawing and printed the 3D model.
You will receive a material certificate for each custom made part.
3-D Prototyping
The final prototype is tested in our workshop to make sure that everything fits perfectly and that there are no defects.
We always work with a 3D model in advance, as it is often the case that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.
Production
After Matthias' approval, we mill the brake tuning adapter for the Saab 9-3 to a precise fit. Afterwards it is taken to the surface refiner.
Installation and Test
The brake tuning adapter has now arrived at the surface refiner and we were able to test fit everything and deliver a great brake system to our customer.
