Opel GT Roadster 2.0 (Bj 2008) brake conversion to the Alfa Romeo 159 4-piston calipers with the matching 330x28mm brake disc.
The customer's request / problem:
Our customer Ralf would like to install the following components on the front axle of his Opel GT Roadster 2.0:
- 330x28 brake disc from Alfa Romeo 159 part no.: 51767383, 51767384
- 4-piston brake system from Alfa Romeo 159 part no.: 20.A313.01; 20.A313.02
Our realisation:
Ralf ordered the adapters for his Opel GT Roadster 2.0 using our form.
In addition, he provided us with a small paper sample, as the measurement on the form had to be changed so that the brake system can be adapted with the matching discs from the Alfa Romeo 159

3-D Prototyping
The final prototype is sent to Ralf in advance so that everything can be tested for a perfect fit and the brake system fits on the Opel GT Roadster. Ralf told us:
"Hello dear guys from Epytec , the delivered adapter model fits perfectly and nothing has to be changed. Therefore I ask you to make and send me the two adapters according to your sample."
We always work with a 3D model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.
