The customer's wish / problem:

Our customer Max would like to install camber correction plates on his VW Golf.

The axle shims are produced with a 30mm offset.

Our realisation / solution:

Our customer Max sent us the following picture and a sample in order to install camber correction plates on the VW Golf.

Based on the sample, we can create the drawing in the CAD programme for the camber correction plates and produce a 3D model.

You will receive a matching material certificate for each custom-made product.

3-D Prototyping

The final prototype is sent to Max in advance so that it can be tested whether everything fits perfectly and the camber correction plate fits on the VW Golf.

We always work with a 3D-model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.

Production

After Max's approval, we now mill the camber correction plates for the VW Golf to fit exactly. Afterwards, they are taken to the surface refiner.

Installation and Test

The camber correction plates returned to us from the surface refiner and were sent directly to Max. He installed everything and the camber correction plates fit perfectly.

As you can see, customising is not that difficult, you just have to send us either a sample where we can take the measurements or an axle journal where we can also take the measurements.
