Our customer Kevin would like to install the following brake system with these components on his front axle of his Audi 100 C1 Coupe yoc 1974:
- brake disc 312x25 mm from Audi S3 8L , part no.: JZW615301G
- 4-piston calliper from Porsche Boxter, part no.: 986.351.422 /986.351.421

3-D Prototyping
The final prototype is tested in our workshop to make sure that everything fits perfectly and that there are no defects
We always work with a 3D model in advance, as it often happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.
Production
Anschließend wird dieser zum Oberflächenveredler gefahren.After Kevin's approval, we now mill the brake tuning adapter for the Audi 100 C1 Coupe to a precise fit. The adapter is then taken to the surface refiner.
Installation and Test
The brake tuning adapter has now arrived from the surface refiner and we were able to test fit everything and deliver a great brake system to our customer.
