Brake caliper adapter to mount 302x12mm brake discs on the rear axle of the Audi S2 Coupe (not suitable for Avant and Limo) and identically constructed rear axles Audi A6.
With our adapters, the original Audi S2 Coupe brake calipers on the rear axle can be retained. The brake caliper carrier must be minimally processed with a file (0.5-0.7 mm) on the inside dimension where the disc runs!
Required components:
A6 brake discs from all-wheel drive 302x12mm is the exact part number: 24.0112-0176.1 412176
Advantages of this brake system:
- Extreme deceleration values also in connection with our front axle brake system
- The material certificate included in the scope of delivery enables entry by individual acceptance even for series vehicles
- Directly suitable for the models mentioned above and can therefore be restored to the original condition at any time without any problems
Our EPYTEC brake caliper adapters do not require your standard parts to be sent in, no re-welding - re-milling or re-drilling.

Tips, information and hints:
- For a better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plates.
- We can not answer generally, which rim size you can mount after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims.
- In rare cases it is possible that the rims touch minimal the brake caliper, then you can simply use spacers.
>> Now directly to spacers << - Install the adapter with the necessary components and then check if new brake lines are required. Because, depending on the vehicle, the lines may be too short or the line tips may not suitable. We advise you to change to steel braided brake line because of the quality and technical advantage. Specifically for this, we have developed an online brake line configurator, where you can assemble the type of steel braided brake lines you want.
Click here to go to the >> configure steel braided brake lines << - Always use the hand brake cable of the installed brake caliper. So sometimes you have to modify / adapt the new handbrake cable. For conversions, where the original caliper is used and the handbrake cable can be used, you may need to pull the cable without any other fittings (ie directly) to compensate for the long distance due to the large diameter of the large brake discs.

Ich wähle 5 Sterne, da die Kommunikation, Absprache und Lieferung perfekt geklappt hat Die Teile waren professionell verpackt und sind für Autoteile in der Oberfläche edel endbehandelt Ich kann das Produkt jedem weiterempfehlen, der an seinem Auto etwas modifizieren will Die Optimierung hat perfekt geklappt, da es für mein Fahrzeug noch keinen passenden Adapter gab und ihr mir einen nach meinen Maßen angefertigt habt. Ich habe das Produkt gewählt da alle anderen Alternativen deutlich teurer gekommen wären. Der Einbau wurde gemacht am Audi S2 Coupe. Das Ergebnis ist wirklich gut. Der Einbau war einfach und der Schleifaufwand am Bremssattelhalter hielt sich im Rahmen und war ja vorweg schon in der Einbauanleitung bzw. Artikelbeschreibung bekannt. Ich war Anfangs etwas skeptisch wegen der Ankerbleche und Handbremsseile aber der Rest passte plug'n play ohne weitere Eingriffe. D.h. einzig an den originalen Bremssattelhaltern mussten paar Zehntel weggeschliffen werden. Wenn man sich viel Zeit lässt ist der Einbau li.&re. inkl. Zusatzaufwand max. 1,5 Std. Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Jetzt ist der Größenunterschied zwischen der VA, wo ich die große Porschebremse fahre, zu der kleinen originalen HA nicht mehr so gravierend. Das Ganze schaut richtig schlüssig nun aus und ist weiterzuempfehlen.

If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc.
