We offer this service: the drilling or re.drilling of the bolt circle / pitch circle diameter (PCD) of a wheel hub pair (2 parts).
This is needed if, for example, you want to install larger brake discs of another model on your vehicle , combined with our brake caliper adapters. Then we drill an additional 2nd bolt circle / pitch circle in the wheel hub, or mortise and weld the old bolt circle when you want to modificate from 4 to 5 holes.
Procedure and delivery:
1. please send us your hubs after purchase (the must be clean and rust-free, preferably sandblasted or new) well packed with completed order form to the following address:

2. After the incoming inspection of the supplied wheel hubs, we will pass them on immediately to the production. There, your hubs will be modificated according to your specifications.
3. Final check and free return of your modificated wheel hubs to your address.
The delivery time depends on the utilization of our machines, depending on whether the bolt circle /PCD of the wheel hub only has to be drilled, or whether it should be mortised and welded, 5-25 working days.
Furthermore, we propose you in our shop, the possibility for your desired brake system to make a caliper adapter and brake discs centering rings. Just visit our shop.
