Our customer Benni would like to install the following components from the Lexus LS460 on the front axle of his Toyota Supra MK4:
- Brake caliper Lexus LS460 front part no.: 47730-50210
- Brake disc 357x34mm part no.: 4351650010
Our realisation / solution:
Our customer Benni sent us the following sample to install the Lexus LS460 brake system on the Toyota Supra MK4.
Based on this sample we can create the drawing for the tuning adapter from Benni.
You will receive a matching material certificate for every custom-made product.
3-D Prototyping
Benni also told us that 1-2 small changes have to be made to the tuning adapter so that everything fits 100%.
We always work with a 3D model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.
Production
After approval from Benn, we now mill the brake tuning adapter for the Toyota Supra MK4 to a precise fit. The adapter is then taken to the surface refiner.
Installation and Test
The brake tuning adapter returned to us from the surface refiner and was sent directly to Benni. He has fitted the brake tuning adapter and is now driving a cool new brake system.
