Made-to-measure axle offset plates for the VW Polo 6 R Polo 9N and many other vehicles with 2° camber (129328)
The customer's request / problems
Our customer Alfred would like to use axle offset plates with 2° camber on his VW Polo 6R so that the axle moves back to the centre of the wheel housing and the wheel no longer touches the wheel housing.
This not only remedies the bad looks, but also improves the directional stability.
The integrated camber in the axle offset plate saves Alfred the additional camber correction plate, as he has two in one here.

We sent Alfred these axle offset plates in advance, Alfred told us that there had to be 1-2 small changes and that we should please also integrate the 2° camber directly into the plate.
This saves Alfred the additional width of the camber correction plate, as both are covered in one and the wheel does not move further outwards.

3-D Prototyping
The final prototype is sent to Alfred in advance so that we can check that everything fits perfectly and that the axle offset plates with integrated 2° camber fit perfectly.
Alfred told us after the test assembly that 1-2 small changes should be made so that everything fits perfectly.
We implemented these directly and can now start manufacturing the axle offset plates.
We always work with a 3D model in advance, as it often happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model we can be sure that everything fits.
Production
After approval from Alfred, we now mill the axle offset plates with integrated 2° camber to fit the VW Polo 6R exactly.
Installation and Test
