Our customer Tobias would like to install the following brake system on his Corvette C1.
Our implementation / solution:
Our customer Tobias ordered via our form, as a dimension could not be taken into account via the configurator.
So we plugged the components together once to determine the required tuning adapter for the brake upgrade.
3-D Prototyping
The finished prototype is sent to Tobias in advance so that we can test whether everything fits exactly and the brake system fits. Tobias also told us that 1-2 small changes have to be made to the tuning adapter so that everything fits 100%.
We always work with a 3D model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken into account on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.
Manufacturing
After Tobias' approval, now we machine the tuning adapter for the Corvette C1 exactly. Then he's taken to the surface refiner.
Installation and test
The brake tuning adapter arrived back from the surface refiner and was sent directly to Tobias. He installed everything and sent us great installation pictures of his new tuning adapter - many thanks for that!
