Our customer Jan would like to install the following brake system on his Tatra T603.

- Mercedes W197 SLS W205 C63 AMG 6-piston brake caliper, part no. A204 421 99 98 und A204 421 97 98

Our customer Jan sent us the following hand sketch to install the following brake system on the front axle of his Tatra T603.

3-D Prototyping
The finished 3D prototype is sent to Jan in advance, so that everything can be tested for a perfect fit and the Mercedes AMG brake system fits. Jan also told us that 1-2 small modifications have to be made to the tuning adapter so that everything fits 100%.
We always work with a 3D model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken into account on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.
Manufacturing
After Jan approval, now we machine the tuning adapter for the Tatra T603 (1958) exactly. Then he's taken to the surface refiner.
Installation and test
The brake tuning adapter arrived back from the surface refiner and was sent directly to Jan. He installed everything and sent us great installation pictures of his new tuning adapter with the Mercedes AMG brake system and the 402x39 mm brake disc- many thanks for that!
