The customer's request / problem:
Our customer Richard would like to install the following brake system with these components on his BMW 3.0 CSI front axle:
- Brake disc 8 series E31 850Ci BMW : 324x28 part no.: 34111159602
- Brake pads part no.: 34 11 1 160 708
- Brake system from BMW E52 750i part no.: 34 11 1 105 388
Our realisation / solution:
Our customer Richard sent us his desired components including samples, then we plugged the components together once to determine the required brake caliper tuning adapter for the BMW 3.0 CSI.
3-D Prototyping
The final prototype is tested directly in our workshop to see if it fits the brake system of the BMW E52 750i perfectly!
We always work with a 3D model in advance, because it happens again and again that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.
Production
After Richard's approval, we now machine the tuning adapter for the BMW 3.0 CSI exactlyt. Then it's taken to the surface refiner.
Installation and Test
The tuning adapter has now arrived at the surface refiner and we were able to test fit everything and deliver a great brake system for the BMW 3.0 CSI to our customer.
