Our customer Tim would like to install the following components on the front axle of his BMW E39 5 Series:
- 6-piston Brembo brake caliper Mercedes Benz W205 C63 part no.: A2054216998
- Brake disc BMW E60 M5 with 374x36 mm part no.: 34 11 2 282 806
- our article 968
He would like to install the following components on the rear axle:
- 4-piston Brembo brake caliper Mercedes Benz AMG SLS Performance calipers part no.: 20A74803
- Brake disc BMW E60 M5 with 370x24 mm part no.: 34212282807 / 34212282808
Our realisation / solution:
Our customer Tim sent us the following components:
- BMW E39 5 Series axle
- Brake caliper W205 C63
- Brake disc BMW E60 M5 374x36 mm
- 4-piston Brembo brake caliper Mercedes Benz AMG SLS Performance
- Brake disc BMW E60 M5 with 370x24 mm
- You will receive a matching material certificate for each custom made product

3-D Prototyping
The final prototype is tested in our workshop to make sure that everything fits perfectly and that there are no defects.
We always work with a 3D-model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D-model we can be sure that everything fits.

Production
After Tim's approval, we now mill the brake tuning adapter for the BMW E39 5 Series to a precise fit. The adapter is then taken to the surface refiner.
Installation and Test
The brake tuning adapter has now arrived at the surface tuner and we were able to assemble everything and deliver a great brake system to our customer.
