Brake caliper adapter, rear axle, on models VW Passat 3C B6, Scirocco, Audi Q3, TT series with aluminum axle (manufacturer reference: 3C0 505 435 F) for conversion to the Porsche Panamera brake calipers
The conversion is combined with the 356x22 mm brake discs from Audi A6 4G.
The Porsche calipers are connected to the hydraulics of the vehicle and can thus develop an enormous braking force. However, since these have no handbrake functions, the rear Golf 7R brake caliper is also used as a handbrake caliper. The hydraulic connection is thereby closed with a blind plug / closure cap, thus this serves only as a hand brake caliper.
Adapters are suitable for the following VW and Seat models with aluminum axle 3C0 505 435 F:

- brake caliper: VW Touareg / Porsche Cayenne, Panamera from the rear axle that was originally installed with 330x28mm brake discs. Reference 7P0.615423 / 7P0.615424 ; reference Porsche: 958.352.423.25 / 958.352.424.25
- handbrake calipers with mounting bracket from Golf 7R, reference 8V0 615 424 B / 8V0 615 423 B
- brake disc: original Audi A6 4G 356x22 mm, reference 4H0615601F
- the upper screwing point of the anchor plate has to be slightly modified (see picture)
- perforated wave brake disc from the Audi RS7 356x22 mm, reference 4G8.615.601

If you want to drive with a perforated brake disc, the Wave brake disc from the Audi RS7 with 356x22mm (reference: 4G8.615.601) also fits, since the Audi S6 S7 S8 brake disc is not perforated. The brake discs are otherwise exactly identical in terms of dimensions.

- To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.

- We cannot give you a generalised answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different wheel rims. For this reason, we have developed a template with which you can easily check whether the brake system kit fits under your rim. We have included a link to the template in the description. - Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit, depending on the model. Due to the significantly better efficiency, we recommend switching to steel braided lines. - The handbrake cable must always be used from the installed calliper, which means that the new handbrake cable may have to be adjusted slightly. For conversions in which the original calliper is still used and the original handbrake cable can be used, you may have to route it more directly to compensate for the larger disc diameter and longer travel
