2-part steering lock limiter / steering stop limiter made of stainless steel, water jet cut, suitable for all vehicles such as:
VW, Audi, BMW, Seat, Opel, Ford, and more.
The steering lock limiter can be installed on all vehicles.
We have integrated 2 grub screws into our steering lock limiter to pull the 2 halves perfectly against each other. This ensures an absolutely perfect hold.
The grub screws should be secured with threadlocker.Our steering lock limiter is in 2 parts.
Fitting takes approx. 10-20 minutes on average, as only the steering boots need to be removed. Then insert the steering lock limiter and secure with the grub screw (use Loctite) and pull the boot back on, finished.
The enormous advantage of our 2-piece steering lock limiters is that they can be fitted very quickly. As the parts can be manufactured in 2 parts, they are more complex to produce than our 1-piece steering lock limiters, so they are more expensive than our 1-piece ones, but in return you save a lot of time during assembly and do not have to dismantle the track rod.

Das Produkt wurde benötigt um den Lenkeinschlag zu begrenzen bei einem Transit der zu einem Offroad Camper umgebaut wurde. Bei deutlich größerer und breiterer Bereifung schlugen diese sonst innen an die Radaufhängung. Das Produkt passte perfekt und begrenzte den Lenkeinschlag so, dass der TÜV den Umbau abnehmen konnte. Lieferung waren 4 Werktage und somit im Rahmen. Alles gut, gerne wieder.
