The EBC- Redstuff ceramic brake pads are the ideal compromise between a very high braking force and a good deceleration value (coefficient of friction 0.5), without putting excessive strain on the brake disc. Perfect braking performance is achieved even when the brake is cold. This improves increasingly as the temperature of the brake pads rises. The unrestricted working range of this pad extends up to 750°C. The development of brake dust is minimal and the brake dust that accumulates can be easily washed off the rims with water. Furthermore, the Redstuff brake pad is characterised by very good heat resistance and minimal brake disc wear.
