Brake caliper adapter for rear axle brake system to fix brake discs typ S6 4f diameter 330x22mm in combination with Vw/Audi standard brake calipers. Tailor-made for Audi /VW vehicles with front-wheel drive and serial brake discs typ 269x22mm. Construction year: From ’96 on.

Required components
- Audi VW Quattro brake calipers from e.g. Audi Quattro S6, Passat W8 V8 VAG: 4B0 615 423; 4B0 615 424 (originally installed with the 269x22 brake disc)
- Brake discs typ A6 4f 330x22 mm Nr.OE-VAG: 4F0 615 601 F (ATE Nr: 24.0122-0223.1 )
Advantages of this braking system:
- Best deceleration values Significantly better perfomance than the standard brake system.
- Components come from series production by VW/Audi
- The registration for public road use should be no problem with correct and complete execution of the work.

Tips, information and hints:
- For a better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plates.
- We can not answer generally, which rim size you can mount after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims.
- In rare cases it is possible that the rims touch minimal the brake caliper, then you can simply use spacers.
>> Now directly to spacers << - Install the adapter with the necessary components and then check if new brake lines are required. Because, depending on the vehicle, the lines may be too short or the line tips may not suitable. We advise you to change to steel braided brake line because of the quality and technical advantage. Specifically for this, we have developed an online brake line configurator, where you can assemble the type of steel braided brake lines you want.
Click here to go to the >> configure steel braided brake lines << - Always use the hand brake cable of the installed brake caliper. So sometimes you have to modify / adapt the new handbrake cable. For conversions, where the original caliper is used and the handbrake cable can be used, you may need to pull the cable without any other fittings (ie directly) to compensate for the long distance due to the large diameter of the large brake discs.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The reason is simply: all brake calipers have different heights and depths. If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc. But if you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you.
