Continuous steering lock limiter / steering stop limiter made of stainless steel, suitable for all vehicles such as:
VW, Audi, BMW, Seat, Opel, Ford, etc.
The steering lock limiter can be installed on all vehicles.
We have integrated a grub screw into our steering lock limiter to position the steering lock limiter perfectly. This ensures an absolutely perfect hold.
The grub screws should be secured with threadlocker.Our steering lock limiter is a continuous piece
Fitting takes approx. 45–60 minutes on average, as the steering boots have to be removed and the tie rod unscrewed. Then insert the steering lock limiter and secure with the grub screw (use threadlocker), screw the track rod back on and pull the boot back on.
The enormous advantage of our continuous steering lock limiters is the price. As the parts can be manufactured in one piece, they are far less expensive to produce than our two-piece steering lock limiters, so you can save a lot of money, but take a little longer to fit.
If you don't want to do this, you can of course use our two-part steering lock limiters, which save you having to remove the track rod. (click here to get to the two-piece steering lock limiters)

Audi TT8N = 24mm
Audi RS4 B5 = 27mm
Audi A3 = 26mm

VW Golf 4 Cabrio = 23mm
Vw Golf 4 Plattform = 24mm
Vw Golf 5/6 = 26mm
VW T5 T6 = 28mm
Vw Passat B7 = 29 / 30mm
BMW E36 = 27mm
Opel Astra H = 25mm
Opel Kadett C = 22mm
Opel Speedster = 22mm
If your vehicle is not on the list, you will have to determine your diameter yourself. You are welcome to let us know and we will add it to the list.
Scope of delivery:
- 1 set (for left and right steering rack) of stainless steel steering lock limiters for VW, Audi, BMW, Seat, Opel, Ford, etc.
- 1 set of grub screws
- including material certificate
- Installation instructions
Our steering lock limiters are registration-free and therefore do not need to be registered.
