Steel centring ring for brake system conversion.
Our centring rings are required when brake discs from models with larger wheel hub centre centring are to be fitted on cars with smaller wheel hub centre centring.
These centring rings are suitable, for example, for brake disc conversions BMW X2, Mercedes GLE, etc. on the brake discs of newer VW Audi models with a centre centring dimension of 68.00 mm. You can also find suitable brake calliper adapters in our shop.
All our centring rings are manufactured so that they are smaller than the brake disc thickness so that the rims can rest cleanly.

- Inside diameter of centring: 67.00 mm
- Outer diameter centring: 68.00 mm
- Height of centring ring: 6.50 mm

- How much tolerance do we have in the manufacturing of the centering rings?
We manufacture our centering rings very precisely. The manufacturing tolerance is ±0.05 mm, meaning:
max. −0.05 mm
max. +0.05 mm
This ensures that the centering ring fits cleanly and reliably in the intended centering and provides correct guidance/centering of the components. It is, of course, also important that the mating surfaces (hub/disc/rim) are clean and burr-free – then everything fits perfectly.
