- Volvo 850 T5, 850 T5R and V70 up to year of manufacture 2000
in connection with the Alfa Romeo 159 / Brera / Spider 4-piston Brembo calipers and the Volvo XC90 336x30 brake discs.
Advantages of this brake system:
- thanks to the material certificate supplied with the order, it is possible to register your purchase even for series vehicles
- directly fit to the above-mentioned models and therefore can always be restored to the original state without any problems
- our EPYTEC brake caliper adapters do not require any sending of your serial parts, no welding, milling or drilling

Tips, information and hints:
- For a better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plates.
- We can generally not answer, which rim size you can mount after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims.
- In rare cases it is possible that the rims touch minimal the brake caliper, then you can simply use spacers.

Because, depending on the vehicle, the lines may be too short or the line tips may not suitable. We advise you to change to steel braided brake line because of the quality and technical advantage. Der Adapter Sonder-824, macht einen sehr guten Eindruck in der Fertigung. Da der Adapter noch nicht verbaut ist, kann zur Passgenauigkeit noch kein Fazit abgegeben werden. Gruß Michael Jankowsky

Alles in allem erstmal sehr zufrieden. Die Teile sind schön gefertigt, sauber galvanisiert - prima. Da ich mir den Umbau für diesen Winter vorgemerkt habe kann ich über die Passgenauigkeit noch nichts sagen. Auch weiß ich noch nicht sicher wie sich der TÜV verhält. Ich habe meine Fühler zwar schon ausgestreckt - und es sieht gut aus, aber abschließend melde ich mich hier sicher nochmal. Jetzt bau ich erstmal die Achsschenkel mit neuen Radlagern zusammen und dann kommt die Bremse zum Probieren ran. Ich mach dann auch ein paar Bilder. Parallel ersetze ich noch originalen Querlenker aus Stahl gegen welche aus Aluminium. Ich bin gespannt und freue mich schon. Ich hab in den letzten Jahren zwei Fahrzeuge mit Brembo-Stoppern ausgestattet und möchte nicht mehr ohne sein. Ich kann eine Brembo Bremse nur empfehlen und werde auch in Zukunft alles tun um meine Fahrzeuge dementsprechend umzurüsten. Wenn ich dabei wieder Adapter brauchen sollte wende ich mich sicher wieder an Epytec. Was könnte optimiert werden? Na ja, bei mir kam jetzt nicht darauf an, aber eilig sollte man es nicht haben.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The reason is simply: all brake calipers have different heights and depths. If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc. But if you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you.
