Brake caliper adapter on model Audi 80 S2 B4 for conversion to the die Porsche or Brembo 6-piston brake caliper ZR18, combined with the Audi A6 or VW Phaeton brake disc 360 x 34mm.
The calipers were installed on the Porsche Cayenne, VW Touareg and Q7.
Required components:
- brake caliper: Porsche Cayenne ZR18 ZL18 , reference 95535142153 / 95535142253
- brake pads: reference 4L0 698 151 A
- brake disc: VW Phaeton 360x34 mm , reference 3D0 615 301 M
- The wheel hub of the Audi S2 with 5x112 must be installed (also available in our shop. Item number: 46859)
Delivery:
- 2x brake caliper adapters for Audi 80 S2
- 1x complete set of high-strength screws
- Template to check whether the brake system fits under your rim
- 1x material certificate
Conseils, informations et remarques:
- Pour une meilleure aération du système de freinage, nous recommandons d'enlever les tôles d'ancrage / les tôles anti-poussière de frein.
- Monter l'adaptateur avec les composants nécessaires et vérifier ensuite si de nouvelles conduites de frein sont nécessaires, car selon le modèle, il se peut que les anciennes ne soient pas assez longues ou que leur raccord ne soit pas adapté. Nous recommandons de passer à des conduites flexibles en acier en raison de leur efficacité nettement supérieure. Awesome customer service and quick shipping to the USA! They fit perfectly with the advertised 18z and listed rotors. I did test these with 17z calipers and a sq5 345mm rotor just to see if itll work. The caliper hits the strut, but with some modifications they could be made to work.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The reason is simply: all brake calipers have different heights and depths. If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc. But if you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you.
