I purchased the adapter to fit my pedal box on my 1991 mk2 golf gti which has had a 2.8 vr6 conversion as I couldnt find a throttle cable with a hook on the end the right length.once I received the adapter I able to find a vw polo cable with a nipple on the end the right length which works perfectly with the adapter.the adapter is very well made,Im glad I found this adapter else I would have been stuck.happy days.
