Buchse für den vorderen unteren Querlenker an der Vorderachse, für die Audi A4 A6 A8, VW Passat, Skoda Superb, Seat Exeo Baureihen.

Die originale Buchse wird bei einer Demontage der Achsteile meistens beschädigt oder ist verschlissen, daher haben wir eine aus hochfestem Stahl gefertigt. Diese gibt es bei VW / Audi nicht in dieser Qualität und auch nicht einzeln, sondern nur in Verbindung mit dem Querlenker.

TIPP: Wir empfehlen diese Buchsen vor dem Umbau zu kaufen, dass man diese gleich während dem Umbau vorliegen hat und alles fertig machen kann.

It is therefore necessary to test whether the brake disk is in clean contact with the axle and can move freely. If the brake disk cannot be turned or is in contact with the axle, the axle must be lightly machined at the points where the brake disk is in contact (see pictures). On the last 3 pictures you can see where there are differences on the axles. We have marked the points in red. If the brake disk is in contact with these points, the easiest way to remove some material is to use an angle grinder. As a rule, it is only 1-3 mm. In most cases, however, the adapter fits without machining the axle.
